About membership verification

Certain items on our site can be sold only to or as gifts for current Mensa® members, as they are deemed to denote that the holder is a member of Mensa. Specifically, we can sell membership certificates and plaques, member pins or years of membership pins, and rings only to those who are current members. We therefore ask that you include your membership number and name when you order items requiring member verification. If you are purchasing items as a gift for a Mensan and do not have their membership number, please so indicate in the member number field and provide the member's name.
For international members, there may be a delay in verifying your membership; please forgive any inconvenience this policy may cause.
If we are not able to verify membership, you will receive a notice from us indicating this.
