In-stock items are usually shipped within forty-eight hours. Custom items such as plaques, certificates and embroidered apparel will usually ship within two weeks.

If, for any reason, at any time within 90 days of the original purchase, you choose to return your selection, we'll cheerfully refund the purchase price, help you with an exchange, or credit your account. Please include a copy of your order confirmation so we can properly process your return. Books must be in new condition.
